Registration closes Sunday, February 2nd, 2025. No late registrations will be accepted.

Key Requirements

Players must meet and maintain all requirements until registration closes.

Requirement Details
Rank Range Must be between 75,000 and 999,999
Discord Must join tournament server before registration closes
Team Size 4-8 players per team
Staff Status Certain staff roles cannot participate (see below)

There is no rank buffer - players outside the rank range at registration close will be automatically screened out.

Registration Options

Option 1: Team Registration

Best for pre-formed teams or groups who want to play together.

  1. Form a team of 4-8 players
  2. Designate a team captain
  3. Submit Team Registration
  4. Join the tournament Discord server

Option 2: Free Agent Registration

Best for individual players looking to join a team.

  1. Submit Free Agent Registration
  2. Join the tournament Discord server
  3. Either:
    • Join an existing team looking for players
    • Wait for Free Agent team formation

Team Guidelines

Size & Structure

  • Team Size: 4-8 players
  • Leadership: One designated team captain
  • Membership: All players must be registered
  • Activity: All members must be actively participating

Captain Responsibilities

Responsibility Details
Communication Team coordination and Discord presence
Scheduling Arranging match times and confirming with staff
Roster Managing team lineup and substitutions
Contact Primary point of contact for tournament staff

Team Requirements

Team Names

  • Must be unique in tournament
  • Must be appropriate
  • Must be finalized (no placeholders)
  • Must follow osu! guidelines
  • Team names in non-English languages or non-Latin alphabets will be romanized and/or translated at staff discretion

Admins may change inappropriate team names without notice.

Time Zone Management

  • Group players from similar time zones when possible
  • Consider timezone impact on match scheduling
  • Plan for player availability across different times

Registration Changes

  • Team names
  • Team roster
  • Team captain
  • Team icon

Change Process

  1. Request changes in #registration-changes
  2. Wait for staff approval
  3. Changes only final after staff confirmation

All changes must be approved by tournament staff before taking effect.

Free Agent Teams

Formation Process

Free Agent teams will be formed after registration closes from:

  • Registered free agents
  • Players not on existing teams

Team Structure

  • Teams balanced for competitive fairness
  • Assignments are final
  • Must follow standard team requirements

Staff Participation

Eligible Staff Roles

Staff members in these roles may participate:

  • Streamers
  • Commentators

Ineligible Staff Roles

Staff members in these roles may not participate:

  • Hosts
  • Admins
  • Sheeters
  • Poolers
  • Playtesters
  • Replayers
  • Graphic Designers

Staff members with access to pooling sheets cannot participate as players.
